The Postscript has Shadow visiting Iceland where he encounters the Old World version of Mr. Wednesday and returns his glass eye to him.
Plot[]
Shadow is visiting Reykjavik and goes on a walk. He realizes he is being watched but proceeds to stop and eat at a restaurant. Afterward, he sits outside and a tall, old man with an eye-patch approaches him. Shadow realizes he is an incarnation of Odin, who says that Shadow will be returning to America eventually. Shadow passes along Wednesday's glass eye to him before performing a coin trick and leaving.

Shadow first performs a trick with Wednesday's glass eye, palming it and making it appear in Odin's hand. Odin demands another trick so Shadow pulls a regular gold coin from the hoard before flicking it into the air to hover in the sky.
