I'm setting up some standard formatting for the page layouts and would like some feedback. Currently, the idea is to create ONE character page for both the novel and the series characters. On that page, we will have a general overview of the character. We will then have subpages: one for novel, one for series, one for gallery.
On the main overview page for the character:
- Background - any information about the character that takes place prior to the story
- Significance in Mythology (if applicable) - if the character has a mythological counterpart (i.e. Mr. Wednesday and Odin)
- Notes and Trivia (or should there be separate sections for this on the Novel and Series pages?)
For the Novel page:
- Significance in Narrative
- Physical Appearance
- Personality
- Appearances (in the novel)
For the Series page:
- Throughout the Series
- Physical Appearance
- Personality
- Appearances (in the series)
Any other headings? Any other thoughts or ideas for how to display this information? I'm welcome to any and all suggestions. This will be flexible and there will be more sections added as we continue building this wikia but I wanted to get the groundwork established first.
