That was civil. I stated simple facts. If one refuses to embrace characterization and story telling then this isnt the show for them. All of his complaints are tied into two factors, a lack of instant gratification and parts that are there due to major future plot points.

Whats bad about those shows? Recycled plots from various teen angst shows and books with shallow uninteresting characters who actually do nothing but whine.

American Gods will make anyone with half a brain think and question societal norms and views. It shows the entire flaw in organized religion and how belief gives faith. The characters show layers and are memorable. The dialogue is witty, natural, and intellectual.

Just because you need instant gratification for your action addiction you cant enjoy it. Plenty of shows out there for you. Just move along from this one. Its that simple

Grow up. Go jerk off to fps shooter videos. Both of those shows were aimed at young teens who glamorize being whores and druggies.
