in the series I know how a god dies but how he returns
Same as they are born. Through enough faith and worship.
Well, actually we never get to see a god being reborn due to the faith in it reappearing - but in theory it is entirely possible a forgotten god gets reborn due to its religion or belief rising up again (though it needs to be a real faith and belief).
What we do see however is rebirth through active worship. A god who is dead can be resurrected if acts of worship great enough are performed - such as a sacrifice powerful enough to give them back their energy.
However, to do so the god must still be known. We actually see in the afterlife of the old gods that they are divided in two - those that simply do not receive faith and worship anymore ; and those whose very name was forgotten. If someone forgot a god (as in their name, their religion, their myths and people are forgotten by everyone), it means they cannot come back.
For a god, death is not so much a trouble because there is always a possibility of coming back thanks to worship or sacrifice. Being forgotten however, now that removes the possibilities of resurrection.
Ok if a god is reborn he comes back with the same memories the same personality and if a god is killed what happens to him like zoriah
Technically speaking there is nothing that says a god resurrected wouldn't have the same memories and personality he/she/it/they had beforehand. However being resurrected and being reborn isn't the same thing.
For example take the Technical Boy. He is going through a cycle of rebirths - which means new iterations of him, new versions of him, are created, and it is implied that while he knows he had previous existences and versions he actually has no memory of them (plus his personality seems to change every time he is reborn).
However when it comes to being killed and then being resurrected it is different, since it does not imply being entirely reinvented/reshaped, so yes in the case of a resurrection the god or goddess would return as it was before (in the novel it was shown to be as such, and so far the series has stuck with the novel on this aspect).
For the Zorya thing, she is very unlikely to return given she lacks the faith, worship and cultural importance she needs - but if we imagine something was to resurrect her through a massive boost of faith/worship, then yes she would return as she used to be in terms of identity and personality. Or we can assume so - it is a bit complicated to speak for theories about something possible happening in an unfinished work (such as the series)
With a sacrifice.
