I... don't know. I think we have a best chance at seeing Roman versions of the Greek Gods rather than the gods themselves.

You see, for a God to be in America he or she has to be brought in by their people. Nothing indicates the Ancient Greek ever set foot in America. There are modern Greeks in America, but not many of them were still worshipping the old gods by the time they set foot there. On the opposite, there are indications that the Roman were in America. We already have Vulcan, which is a greek equivalent of Hephaestus, and we know Argus managed to survive because he kept into a cycle of evolution, evolving from the greek giant to the embodiment of the Alexandria Library (which could be interpreted as him evolving into a more roman form).

But in general, Neil Gaiman seems to avoid the use of Greek Gods. He still used Greek mythology in his Sandman comics, but when he made a "mythology meeting" reuniting different pantheons of the world, the Greeks were noticeably absent

So my answer will be: not likely. We will probably see more Roman gods than Greeks.
